Consulting services

The Institute provides specialized and qualitative services to both the public and private sectors. Those services aim to achieve better results and solutions to the Institute partners. It depends on a large base of experts at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University and experts from national, regional and international competencies in all science majors.

Moreover, The Institute delivers its consultation services on a contractual basis with the aim of focusing on quality, raising production efficiency, developing performance, transferring, localizing and producing new knowledge, technologies, mechanisms and working methods, and developing solutions to operational problems based on methodological foundations.

The Institute’s experts are distinguished by the diversity of disciplines and their excellence in innovation, as well as deep experience and practical practice in the field of consulting, which has a role in maximizing impact and achieving strategic objectives for the client.

The Institute provides to types of consultations:

Full-time consultation services:

It is a consultation provided by the university staff to the beneficiaries, which seeks to benefit from their expertise in one of the areas characterized by the University of Sattam. It is objectives achieved through providing a full-time consultant to the beneficiary. However, many external entities need advice to develop their work, as the development phases of plans and programs require, therefore, such entities need external expertise in disciplines that may not be available in the same entity, or the desire to do business from outside parties that adhere to the application of standards; without being affected by the internal environment conditions.

Part-time consultation services:

It is a consultation provided by the university staff to the beneficiaries, which seek to benefit from their expertise in one of the areas characterized in the University of Sattam. It is objectives achieved through providing a part-time consultant to the beneficiary without affecting the academic faculty member’s obligations.
