3.Preparing and designing the training packs:
The objective of the training pack is to clarify the contents of the program, its objectives, conditions, duration, and targeted jobs. In addition, it clarifies the training units for each topic, its time, objectives, and the roles involved in the training (the trainer and the trainee). It is also used as a general guide for managing training sessions, providing basic scientific material and tools necessary for practical application, besides tools for measuring skills and knowledge acquisition.

4.Providing trainers:
The Institute of Research and Consulting Services is eager to provide qualified trainers scientifically and practically according to different specializations, and based on to the following controls:
- The suitability of the trainers to the trainees number so that the percentage of trainers is suitable to the trainees registered in the program.
- The trainer must be educated and have a teaching experience of no less than two years, his grade isn’t less than good, and not older than fifty-five years.
- Passing the personal interview and evaluation tests determined by the Institute.
- Healthy fit faculty member.
- Cooperation with faculty members at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
- Providing supervisors for training programs to coordinate between trainers and trainees, so that they have sufficient qualification for training pack.
5.Training logistic services:
- Providing all requirements for the training program in all fields according to the highest standards and the latest technologies.
- Following up the progress of the training process from the beginning until handing the certificates, by monitoring participation, activities, attendance, periodic and final grades.
- Providing technical services during the program delivery.
- Providing assistant in data collection and management, besides presenting such data in reports.
- Providing supervisory guidance from the management team in order to assist the trainer in completing the standard tasks in accordance with the agreed upon standards and deadlines.
